Updating Your Email Address
You can update your email address directly in the Relai app – without contacting support:
Open the Relai app and tap on Profile.
Tap on the field with your name at the top.
Click on the ✏️ icon next to your current email address.
Enter your new email address and follow the instructions to confirm it

Use the in-app support chat (tap the two speech bubbles on the top right of the home screen).
To update your phone number
Phone number changes must still be handled by our support team. For example, a reset may be necessary if you lose access to your old number, change your mobile service provider, or encounter issues with the current registered phone number.
Step 1: Contact support
Use the in-app support chat (tap the two speech bubbles on the top right of the home screen). When contacting support, explicitly request a reset of your phone number verification.
Ask the team to reset your phone number.
Step 2: Update your phone number in the app
Once your number has been reset by our team, follow these steps:
Reopen the App: Close and reopen the Relai app. You should see a prompt indicating that phone number verification is required. Tap on the prompt and follow the on-screen instructions.
Enter Your New Phone Number: On the verification screen, input the new phone number along with its correct country code.
Complete Verification: Wait for an SMS containing a verification code and enter the code in the app to complete the process.
