How do I contact support in the Relai app?

If you have a question or problem, you can easily contact us through the Relai app:

1. Open the Relai app.

2. Tap the two speech bubbles icon in the top right corner.

3. Browse the FAQ articles – you’ll find helpful guides and answers to common questions.

4. If you still need help, tap 'Send us a message'.

Where can I find my past conversations?

All past conversations with support can be found under:

Profile → Help & Community → Helpdesk → Messages

Talking to a Human Support Agent 👥

If you prefer to talk to a human support agent, you have two options:

  1. Tap 'Talk to a person 👤' after Relai AI replies – you’ll be connected to our human support team.

  2. Or simply tell Relai AI you want to speak to a human – it will forward your message automatically.
