To start chatting directly, tap 'Send us a message'.
If you're unable to access the app, you can also reach us by email at [email protected]. To speed up the process, ensure you send your email from the address linked to your Relai wallet, so the support team can align your inquiry with your account details more seamlessly.
Relai does not provide phone support. All assistance is available exclusively through in-app chat or via email.
