If you need to update the address associated with your Relai account, please follow these steps.
1. Submit a Proof of Address (POA)
To update your address, we require a valid Proof of Address (POA) document. The document must meet the following criteria:
It must be no older than three months.
Your name and current residential address must be clearly visible on the document.
All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo.
The document must be in a supported language

German, French, Italian, English
🇪🇺 UE
The document must be in:
Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish
2. Accepted types of POA documents
We accept the following types of documents as POA:
Bank statement
Utility bill
Local tax authority bill
Residence certificate
3. How to upload your POA document
If you want to change your address, please contact our support team via the in-app support chat.
To do this, open the Relai app and tap the speech bubble icon in the top right corner of the home screen. Ask the team to reset your current address verification.
Once your address verification (Proof of Address) has been reset, you can upload your new document directly in the app.
👉 Simply go to the homepage and click on the banner shown there to start the upload.Make sure to follow the instructions in the banner to successfully complete the process.
Only the original PDF file or unedited photos of the physical document are allowed.
Screenshots or scanned documents are not accepted.
Important Notes
Photos Only: When using the in-app support chat, submit real photos of the physical document or the original PDF file. Scans or digitally altered images are not accepted.
Digital Alterations: Please note that we cannot accept any form of digital alteration or obscuring of information on the document. If you need to hide sensitive data, you may print the document, cover the relevant information with small pieces of paper, take a clear photo, and then upload it.
