If you need to update the address associated with your Relai account, please follow these steps.
1. Submit a Proof of Address (POA)
To update your address, we require a valid Proof of Address (POA) document. The document must meet the following criteria:
Recent Document: It must be no older than three months.
Personal Information: Your name and current residential address must be clearly visible on the document.
Full Document: All four corners of the document must be visible in the photo.
Accepted Languages: The document must be in German, Italian, French, or English.
2. Accepted Types of POA Documents
We accept the following types of documents as POA:
Bank statement or bank account confirmation
Utility bill
Local tax authority bill
Residence certificate
3. How to Send Your POA
You can submit your POA document in two ways:
Via the Relai App Support Chat:
Upload a clear photo of the document directly in the in-app support chat. Please note:
Screenshots or scanned documents are not accepted.
Only unedited photos of the physical document are allowed.
Via Email:
If you prefer to send a PDF file, email the document to [email protected]. Ensure the email is sent from the email address linked to your Relai account.
Important Notes
Photos Only: When using the in-app support chat, submit real photos of the physical document. Scans or digitally altered images are not accepted.
PDF Option: If your document is in PDF format, send it to our support email. PDFs cannot currently be uploaded in the app.
Digital Alterations: Please note that we cannot accept any form of digital alteration or obscuring of information on the document. If you need to hide sensitive data, you may print the document, cover the relevant information with small pieces of paper, take a clear photo, and then submit it to us.
Once we receive and verify your POA document, we will update your account address manually.
