Option 1: Change your PIN in your profile
This section addresses users who already have a PIN set up and want to change it through the app's settings.
Open the Relai app.
Go to Profile → Settings → Security.
Tap “Change PIN”.
Enter your current PIN.
Set and confirm your new 6-digit PIN.
Option 2: Reset your PIN during login (if Face ID is not activated)
You can also disable Face ID or biometrics to reset your PIN directly through the app settings.
If Face ID is not activated under Profile → Settings → Security, the app will show you the standard login screen when you open the app.
From there:
For German users, you may see the option labeled as “PIN vergessen” (Forgot PIN).
Tap “Forgot PIN” at the bottom center of the screen.
Tap “Reset PIN”.
Complete a quick face scan to confirm it’s really you.
Set and confirm a new 6-digit PIN.
Note: If Face ID is activated, it will automatically log you in using your 6-digit PIN in the background.
