Before you create an auto-invest-plan:

To create an auto-invest-plan with Relai, follow these steps:
Download the Relai app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Click on (+) in the navigation bar.
Select 'Buy'.
Enter the amount you want to buy.
Click on ‘Weekly auto-invest’ or 'Monthly auto-invest' to change the cycle.
Go to the next step.
Under 'Select your payment method,' add your personal IBAN from which you will transfer money.
Add a referral code to save 0.5% on fees (if you have one).
If you want to buy bitcoin directly on an external wallet, select this below.
Check your investment.
Confirm the purchase.
Switch to your banking app and make the transaction to the displayed bank account. Make sure to transfer the exact same amount as the one you specified in the order to avoid a refund.
Only transfer the money when the respective purchase order has the status "Awaiting payment". Otherwise the money will be automatically transferred back as it cannot be allocated to an open buy order.
It is best to set up your standing order with your bank so that the money is only transferred when the purchase order has the status "Awaiting payment" for 2-3 days. This way, weekends or public holidays should not be a problem.
A payment reference note is not necessary. If the IBAN, the amount as well as the currency match, then the money will be assigned correctly automatically.
An Auto-Invest plan is not adjustable. If you want to change the IBAN, the amount or the currency, you have to create a new Auto-Invest plan.
