Cancel a single order
Only orders that haven't been paid yet can be cancelled. Once your payment has arrived and the bitcoin has been exchanged, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Open the Relai app and tap your savings plan on the Home screen.
Switch to the History tab. Here you'll see all orders linked to your plan, including the ones still awaiting payment.
Tap the order you want to cancel to open its details.
Tap Cancel order at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm the cancellation.
That's it. The order is removed and your savings plan keeps running as usual. Your next scheduled buy is not affected.
Cancel your savings plan
Before you stop completely: you don't have to cancel to change things. If the amount feels too high or the date doesn't work anymore, you can simply lower the amount or move the payment day instead. Stopping altogether means you'll have to remember to buy manually every time, and money that isn't saved usually ends up getting spent. Editing is often the better move.
If you still want to cancel:
Open the Relai app and tap your savings plan on the Home screen.
Tap Edit savings plan at the bottom.
On the edit screen, tap the delete icon (trash can) in the top right corner.
A message appears asking you to confirm. From here you have two options:
Edit savings plan takes you back so you can adjust the amount or date instead.
Cancel plan stops your savings plan for good.Tap Cancel plan to confirm.
If you pay by bank transfer: cancelling your plan in Relai does not cancel the standing order at your bank. Make sure to also delete the standing order in your banking app, otherwise your bank will keep sending payments.
If you pay by card: no further action is needed. Once the plan is cancelled, no more charges will be made.
Bitcoin you've already bought stays in your wallet. Cancelling a plan only stops future purchases.
