To buy bitcoin with Relai, follow these steps:
Download the Relai app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Select 'Buy'.
Enter the amount you want to buy.
Click ‘Once’ to change the cycle.
Go to the next step.
Under 'Select your payment method,' add your personal IBAN from which you will transfer money.
Add a referral code to save 0.5% on fees (if you have one).
If you want to buy Bitcoin directly on an external wallet, select this below.
Check your investment.
Confirm the purchase.
Switch to your banking app and make the transaction to the displayed bank account. Make sure to transfer the exact same amount as the one you specified in the order to avoid a refund.
Please note, in the event of a transaction refund, we charge a 0.6 CHF/EUR fee.
