To restore your wallet you need your 12-word recovery seed phrase.
Follow these steps to restore your wallet:
Download or re-install the Relai app.
Tap on 'Log in'.
Follow the steps in the app.
You’ll be asked to scan your face to complete the new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) login.
Then, enter your 12-word recovery phrase in the correct order to restore your wallet.
⚠ Important
If you enter your 12-word seed phrase incorrectly—even with just one wrong word or in the wrong order—you will not restore your original wallet. Instead, you will open a completely different, empty wallet that has never been used before.
✅ Double-check every word and its order carefully to ensure you regain access to your wallet. You can verify the correct spelling of your seed phrase words using the official BIP39 word list.
