Default trading limits
As a member of the Swiss Financial Services Standards Association (VQF), Relai is compliant with Swiss regulations and the below limits are in place for our users.

Your trading limit is based on a 365-day rolling period and applies to both buying and selling combined.
You can check your trading limits anytime in the Relai app under Profile → Trading limits. You can request an increase by clicking Join Relai Private.
Relai Private
If you plan to trade more than 100,000 CHF/EUR within 365 days, you can join Relai Private for higher, personalized trading limits.
Relai Private offers custom trading limits that are set individually together with our team — based on your needs and trading volume.

Your current trading limit is displayed on the right of the Relai WebApp. You can request an increase, which currently requires sending an email with the necessary documents.
Credit Card Limits
Daily Limit: 10,000 CHF/EUR per 24 hours
Monthly Limit: 50,000 CHF/EUR per month
