How to Find and Check the Status of Transactions in the Relai App

1. Open the Relai App.

2. Click on the 'Transactions' tab.

3. You will see a list with different transactions: All, Received, Sent, Bought, Sold, and Lightning transactions.

4. Use the filter option to customize the view.

5. Transactions may have different statuses such as pending, processed, or completed. Processing times can vary due to system handling or batch settlements.

6. Click on a transaction to see the details.

7. Upon clicking, you can view details such as the current status, payment method, and timestamp of the transaction.

You can also download a Wallet Statement in the 'Transactions' tab. For more details, there’s a separate FAQ article. If certain transactions do not appear immediately, it is likely due to processing delays. Check back later or contact Relai support for persistent issues. Multiple transactions might also be processed in a staggered manner, meaning some might appear earlier than others.
